Job Description
Job Title: Office Administration and Facilities Manager Location: Mississauga, ON Based at our offices in Mississauga, Ontario on a full-time basis, the Office Administration and Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, including office management, daily operations of the building's systems, such as cleaning, security, hazardous materials, catering and utilities and vendor management. Responsibilities: Maintaining Office facilities and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional Maintain general orderliness and cleanliness of the office and provide customer services. Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining vendor agreements / records, guest log in and updating records. Maintain and order general office supplies including kitchen, stationary, and tech items. Manage vendors for outsourced IT, travel support, office equipment’s and supply Plan and execute monthly and annual company events. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to support health and safety initiatives. Manage and maintain internal security system. Other duties as assigned.
