Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Insight Global is seeking an Equipment Services Coordinator to support a large fast-food restaurant chain hybrid at their corporate home office in North Vancouver. The Equipment Services Coordinator is responsible for providing value and maintaining high customer service to company operators through equipment estimates and procurement, expediting and problem solving on equipment, décor, and signage orders for new and existing restaurants. On a day-to-day, the Equipment Services Coordinator will be balancing working on ongoing projects and responding to customer service requests as they arise. These ongoing projects include restaurant renovations, building net new restaurants, and ongoing innovation. Other Accountabilities Include: - Maintains a high level of customer service by providing knowledgeable, accurate, and timely information and direction on equipment, signage, and decor inquiries and problem resolution to internal and external partners such as General Contractors, Franchisees, suppliers, and others; - Prepares and reviews estimates for new and existing restaurant projects; - Prepares and places purchase orders and expedites equipment, signage, and decor orders to effectively meet project deadlines for existing and new restaurants; - Ensures the timely resolution of deficiency, warranty, and service problems for new and existing restaurants; - Timely resolution of credits, claims, and invoicing issues related to each project or order; - Maintains key information lists and supplier information (eg. small wares, start-up forms, Smartsheet, Google databases, procurement system, inventory management); - Assists the Equipment Services Manager in other related projects as required. Must haves 0 A customer service orientation with previous experience in customer service/hospitality Bilingual English / French conversational speaker Familiarity working with collaborative technology software tools such as the Google suite Organizational ability, adaptability, problem-solving, and administration skills. A post-secondary degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or a related degree.
