Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for the construction sector.
The role will include dealing with tenants, booking in appointments with engineers, scheduling dairies, adding new leads to the system [ no cold calling]
This role involves a lot of phone work and general administration and needs someone who is from a strong customer service background [phone based] or a scheduling background who is also organised
The role is office based, Monday to Friday
