Sales Graduate Trainee who is qualified to bachelors degree level from a reputable business school or equivalent, with 3 months work experience (direct employment or an internship), experience navigating BI warehouses and reporting, and excellent communication and project management skills is required to undertake an International Graduate Programme for a global company based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

SALARY: Up to £33,595 per annum

LOCATION: Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire - This role will involve international travel, undertaking an international placement for 4-6 months.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Graduate Trainee who is qualified to bachelors degree level from a reputable business school or equivalent, with 3 months work experience (direct employment or an internship), experience navigating BI warehouses and reporting, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Working as the Sales Graduate Trainee you will provide business support to the UK Window Solutions division, including but not limited to; new product developments, existing customer business development, new customer acquisition, sales controlling topics and you will support the division with its digital growth strategy.

As the Sales Graduate Trainee you will have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of training courses and complete an international project, working with international colleagues and undertaking international placements at company locations globally for 4-6 months, during the programme.

The role is based at the Ross on Wye Head Office, with travel to the companys European and International Offices for training and placements.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Sales Graduate Trainee you will have the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

• Graduated/graduating with a bachelors degree, with a 2:1 minimum, from a reputable business school during or after 2021(essential)

• Possess 3 months work experience, in direct employment or an internship, experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Possess experience of working internationally either through studying abroad or, work experience (desired)

• Level B2/C1 standard in English (essential)

• Proficiency in a second language is preferred however, GCSE / A Level qualifications in another language will be considered

• The position requires international travel and therefore openness to mobile working is essential

• The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, strong team player who acts with a customer first mentality

• IT literate in the following Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with navigating BI warehouses and reporting

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred however training will be provided

• Project management skills, including the ability to work well in a multicultural team

• Confident communicator who can articulate themselves well to a wide range of stakeholders

• Prioritisation and organisation skills
