8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday - Friday
23 days holiday plus Bank holidays
Quality personnel are currently looking for and inside sales specialist to join a small but busy team. The successful applicant must have experience proven competence to professionally solve problems both internally and with customers in a fast-moving technical products and services sales environment. SAP experience is also essential for this role.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
" Key role to help grow sales.
" Deal directly with customers.
" Work closely with field sales: prepare quotes and push aftermarket sales.
" Progress orders by working with all internal departments.
" Order processing in Salesforce/SAP.
" Follow up sales opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
" Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
" Regular reports to Management.
Key Competencies
" Communication skills - verbal and written.
" Calm under pressure.
" Comfortable in international environment.
" Experience in handling customer enquiries.
" Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
" Bachelor 's Degree or equivalent experience.
" Knowledge of SAP and SALESFORCE.
" Sales/ Customer Service background.
" Ideally from Technical/ Manufacturing background.
