Property Damage Restoration Technician in North and West London
Job Purpose:
To deliver top-notch solutions for water, fire, and accidental damage in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend new job allocations for domestic and commercial perils.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Follow company and quality procedures, including Health & Safety.
Conduct moisture surveys and apply drying techniques.
Prepare and calibrate equipment.
Communicate with customers, loss adjusters, builders, insurance companies, and policyholders.
Recommend and implement new methods and techniques.
Maintain and service the company van.
Input reports in real-time and update job statuses weekly.
Ensure health and safety compliance.
Supervise subcontractors and additional technicians.
Engage in continuous professional development.
