Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to be based at a busy warehouse in Waltham Cross. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 out of 7 days each week 7am-4pm.
Duties:
Provide scheduled and emergency maintenance to warehouse and offices.
Required maintenance may include building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, as well as general maintenance.
Maintain records of equipment and supplies.
Oversee external contractors, as required.
Attend meetings and workshops.
Adhere to company regulations.
Perform other maintenance duties as requested.The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience of facilities maintenance, preferably within a warehouse.
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualification.
Full clean UK driving licence.
H&S / COSHH trained.
