Graduate/Junior IT Support Engineer |25-35K | Cambridge – Hybird
Must Haves:
- 2:1+ from a Russell Group University.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Junior IT Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service & IT Solutions for an internal team.
This is a Graduate/Entry level position with a huge growth trajectory.
Responsibilities & Skill-set:
Be the IT support 1st & 2nd line within the business.
Provide technical support and assistance to internal employees.
Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
Standard desktop support
Maintain Operating systems (m365/linux)
Help maintain WI-Fi/Network
Scripting languageRequirements:
2:1 + or a Masters degree from a Top University.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A passion to learn and develop with a fantastic business. Location: Cambridge UK
