196582 Part-time Clerical Officers

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Part-Time Clerical Officers to join our team at Dedridge Medical Group. We are a 5 Partner training practice with a list size of around 10,800 patients and are supported by an excellent team of salaried GPs, ANPs, admin, nursing and other clinical support staff.

These posts are permanent positions with a view to one post potentially becoming full-time within the year. These posts will be 25 hours per week Monday to Friday and the hours will be Post 1: 8.00am to 1pm and Post 2: 1pm to 6pm. The salary in the range of £22,364-£24,467 depending on age and experience.

Experience of working in a GP practice is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided. You will provide administration support within the main reception area. You will be required to have excellent customer service skills, polite telephone manner and excellent administration skills as well as being able to prioritise and work as part of a team. You should as a minimum, have qualifications equivalent to 3 standard grades including English and Arithmetic and be proficient in the use of IT. You should also have the ability to exercise initiative.
