Job Description
Work Wales are supporting a local company in their search for a HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver in Swansea. They are looking for someone to join their team and become the driving force behind their concrete mixer trucks. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £33,800p/a.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a guaranteed minimum of 50 hours per week.
Deliver high-quality concrete products to customer sites and lead the offloading process.
Play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery in support of our construction projects. Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in driving concrete mixer trucks or similar heavy goods vehicles.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to represent our company professionally on-site.
Thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance and safe driving practices.
Adaptability and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Preferred Qualifications:
CPC Certification (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence).
ADR Certification for transporting dangerous goods (desirable but not essential).
