Building Surveyor
Damp & Mould Surveys
The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Building Surveyor to carryout damp & mould Surveys in and around the Cornwall area.
Day to Day:
To visit housing association properties and carryout a stock condition surveyor
Write a report on findings
Action works to be completed
Managed direct labour and subbies to complete works required
Record all property updates on an in house, housing system
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Suitable construction, building related qualification and qualified Surveyor
Previous experience of domestic condition surveying
Experience of HHSRS and completing assessments
Asbestos knowledge beneficial
Must be computer literate
Must have full UK Driving Licence
Benefits:
