Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Online Merchandiser to enhance our website's performance and user experience. In this pivotal role, you’ll use data-driven insights to optimise product launches, boost user engagement, and contribute directly to our sales growth

About The Role:

Manage product launches: List and launch new collections on KOI's website, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Optimise user experience: Create and organise website pages for seamless navigation and a positive customer journey. Work with our external web developers to make improvements to the website.

Improve search visibility: Collaborate with the SEO agency to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings.

Analyse website performance: Use tools such as Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and heat maps to identify and implement improvements.

Prepare performance reports: Generate weekly and quarterly reports on website traffic, product performance, sales and inventory to guide business decisions.

Collaborate with key stakeholders: Work with the SLT and marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.

Prepare E-mail marketing reports: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on email sales performance.

Support website enhancements: Work with the development team to implement changes that improve website functionality.

Assist in operations: Support the Operations Manager in refining operational processes to save time and make our processes more efficient.

Trade Meetings: Presenting and leading weekly trade meetings on sales performance and working with the senior leadership team to develop strategies to improve sales performance.


About you:

● Proactive and self-motivated.

● Capable of following operations direction while also taking initiative.

● Experience in e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.

● Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search, Shopify Analytics, heat mapping).

● Personable and professional.

● Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft apps.

● Basic understanding of SEO best practices.

● 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
