The Rodillian Multi Academy Trustis looking for their next IT Support Apprentice to join their growing team inSelby! Due to the success of their previous apprentices, they are on the hunt for an IT enthusiast to join their team of experts!

Offering an amazing starting salary of£20,071 per annum, this opportunity will take your career to the next level. You will support students/staff with IT issues, and ensure software updates are actioned and hardware is working to the best of its ability.

With the support of our experts at Baltic Apprenticeships and mentors within the trust, you will receive unparalleled assistance throughout your apprenticeship to help achieve your career goals and become an IT Support wizard!

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Provide 1stline support - Respond accordingly to teacher and student IT support requests
• Configure hardware
• Support with password resets
• Upgrade and download software
• Ensure all IT equipment is functioning to the best of its ability
• Escalate IT issues as and where needed

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• £20,071 Per annum
• Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM 3:30 PM

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Eager to learn more about IT and Technology understanding of hardware and software is beneficial
• Communication skills, written and verbal customer services experience is beneficial
• Have the ability to be organised
• Motivated team player
• Grade 4/C in Maths and 5/C in English GCSE
