Architectural Technician - Contract Position (Outside IR35)

• Role: Architectural Technician
• Location: Northwest or North Yorkshire
• Contract Duration: 6 Months (scope for temp to perm)
• Working pattern: Hybrid (Flexible)

Company Overview:

Our client, a reputable architectural practice who are currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join them on a contract basis and will need someone for an initial 6-month period (scope for temp to perm). This practice designs and delivers varied projects including residential, industrial, hospitality education, healthcare to name a few.

Role Overview:

As an Architectural Technician, you will have a passion for high level technical detailing in a previous architectural practice using Revit. The practice is busy after winning an MOD/Nuclear project and looking for Revit support.

Essential requirements

• 5+ years architectural experience.
• Strong with the associated software Revit.
• Nuclear experience is ideal but not essential.
• Able to hold SC clearance.

Desirable:

• Experience on nuclear projects would be ideal but not essential.
