We’re helping a brilliant and award-winning company in Windsor to find an equally brilliant Office Manager.

Your Role as the new Office Manager:

You'll be the heart of the operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From client interactions to team coordination, your organisational abilities and proactive approach will be essential.


Some of Your Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Be the welcoming face of the company: Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Manage daily operational tasks: Ensure smooth daily operations by preparing quotes, scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the team: Facilitate effective teamwork by coordinating meetings, tracking expenses, and providing administrative support to directors and managers.
  • Maintain the office: Oversee office upkeep by ordering supplies, managing contractors, and ensuring a clean and well-functioning workspace. Make it a great place to work!
  • Build a strong team: Contribute to a positive team culture by onboarding new staff and organising team-building activities.


You’ll be a terrific candidate for the team if you have the following experience and personality traits:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager
  • Ideally worked within construction or trades previously
  • Excellent ability to train and nurture new team members
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability and experience in managing a small team of 1-2 people
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and adaptable attitude


About the company:

We're a growing company dedicated to providing top-tier structural repair solutions. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we need your help keeping everything running smoothly.


Overview of the role:

  • Role: Office Manager
  • Full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm) with an early finish on Fridays at 4:30 pm.
  • Competitive salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per year
  • Benefits include 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
