Reed.co.uk is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their People Team in Holborn, London.
Overview
Join our People Team as an HR Business Partner, where you'll play a vital role in delivering dynamic HR services that align with our company objectives. This fast-paced position offers a chance to make a significant impact on employee experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, including performance management and grievances.
- Oversee talent management processes and ensure effective onboarding/offboarding.
- Analyse data to provide insights and make informed recommendations.
- Advocate for inclusion and belonging initiatives.
- Act as the compliance point of contact, supporting policy implementation.
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, outcome-focused approach.
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) and experience with Workday is a plus.
