Senior Surveyor

I have partnered with a boutique Multi-disciplinary Consultancy to make a hire within their Commercial Property Management team based in Central London.

The business has recently hired a new Head Of Property Management, an extremely ambitious individual who has stepped away from a larger organisation to grow out the department.

You will be working closely with the Head of Property Management whilst you gain a vast amount of exposure in your role as Senior Surveyor, including aspects outside of day to day Property Management including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Refurbishment works.

You will be working on a mixed portfolio consisting on Central London offices, out of town retail, and industrial units.

You will have the opportunity to be a decision maker in a client lead role, and will regularly attend meetings with the Head of Property Management, including pitches for new work.

My client offer flexible working with the opportunity to work from home twice a week.
