About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis starting in November 2024. This role is perfect for a dynamic educator who is passionate about early childhood education and is eager to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, fostering both academic and personal growth. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the foundational learning experiences of your students, helping to develop their literacy, numeracy, and social skills in a fun and supportive classroom environment.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience in teaching KS1 students is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge KS1 students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of each child.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
