Overhead Crane Operative / Steel Worker

Our well established engineering client based in Bradford are currently recruiting for an overhead crane operator on a temporary to permanent contract. The successful candidate will be comfortable with working on a 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 basis.

THE ROLE:

* Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy steel lengths

* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

* Load and unload deliveries using overhead crane

* Putting stock away

* Transporting goods throughout the workshop to required bay

THE CANDIDATE:

* Experience operating an overhead crane (company will provide inhouse license)

* Experience in the steel industry is highly advantageous

THE SALARY AND BENEFITS:

* £13.02 per hour

* 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 Rotating Monday to Friday

* Temporary to permanent contract
