Job Description
Our client is a very well-established company in the Financial sector and they provide an excellent working environment and training. The company have a very friendly culture and do occasional company days and nights out.
* Based in Godalming
* Up to £24,000 salary
* Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Free car parking

* Assistance with time off to study for industry exams, exam costs and study materials
Job specification:
* Using the company's standard word-processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software.
* Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order.
* Printing off standard database reports, both routinely, and upon request.
* Storing and retrieving papers for follow-up.
* Photocopying.
* Production of standard letters.
* EID checks to be completed.
* All procedures necessary for the production of Financial Statements including emails, letters and telephone calls, scanning, database and uploading.
Person specification:
* Office experience is desired.
* Good knowledge of modern office practices/keyboard entry skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Organised.
