Working closely with the Projects and Operations team, to manage the movement and relevant maintenance schedules and characteristics of the company's advertising and non-advertising inventory across the UK in addition to being the lead on inventory analysis and reporting for the Operations Team.

To accurately and efficiently enter and update data on company systems, and in a timely manner.

To provide training and optimise workflows.

To maintain data integrity and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data operations.
This position is entrusted with dealing with business-critical data which forms the foundation for all areas and thereby leading to high impact on the overall business.

Reports into: Head of Operations Systems & Support

What you'll be doing...

  • Be responsible for all Inventory movements taking place on SAP to run the life of every advertising and non-advertising asset in the UK.

  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance inventory processes and systems, including the implementation of new technologies or methodologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory practices and improve operational efficiency.

  • Assess new requests for asset creation and determine how they need to be built and maintained on the asset application and assess their impact on downstream systems.

  • Implement data entry protocols to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency.

  • Resolve data entry issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise, coordinating with IT or other departments as necessary.

  • Address and correct any data discrepancies, working with relevant departments to ensure data consistency.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Provide reports to relevant stakeholders on inventory data.

  • Reference data management on various applications with administrative rights to implement additions/changes to key attributes.

  • To undertake periodic analysis of data and propose recommendations based on findings which may lead to potential impact on performance/profitability going forward.

  • Act as the key contributor to the adoption of SAP

  • Zendesk ticket management of all tickets assigned to Inventory Management, ensuring always that the SLAs are met for actionable items

  • Appreciation of technologies and methodologies around analysis, data and software development

  • Deep knowledge and experience of managing data and analysis

  • Strong interpersonal skills across a broad spectrum, ranging from communications, mentoring and essential leadership requirements

  • Proficient administrative skills across all business applications employing a methodical, disciplined and accurate reporting approach to all business activity

  • Self-motivated to constantly look to improve departmental processes and data management.

  • Proficiency in SAP software preferred

  • Proficiency in strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Able to connect with colleagues across the business, building productive relationships to achieve organisational objectives.

  • Ability to work well and enjoy working in the constantly changing and challenging environment
