Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Job Description
The Procurement and Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This includes developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with the company's top priority vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and timely delivery of materials and components to support production. The manager will lead a team of buyers and planners to strategically source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts and inventory to optimize supply chain performance and minimize disruptions.

Hard Skills
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Expertise in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and inventory optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with supply chain management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
