Job Description Company Description: Our client is a manufacturer of LED lighting, specializing in reducing energy costs for industrial and commercial businesses. With over 12 years of experience, they have developed innovative solutions to optimize energy efficiency and reduce our clients' carbon footprints. Recently, they have also expanded into other products such as charging stations, capacitor banks, and active harmonic filters. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join their team and contribute to their ongoing expansion. Main Responsibilities: Actively prospect for new clients in the industrial and commercial sectors. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives. Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team. Identify and seize market opportunities while strengthening our presence with existing clients. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service. Prepare and present sales performance reports and propose recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: At least 5 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the technology or energy product sector. Demonstrated experience in managing a successful sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strategic relationships with clients and close complex sales. Personal Qualities: Able to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve set goals. Fluent in both written and spoken English and French, able to clearly present ideas and interact effectively with clients and team members. Results-driven, with the ability to set ambitious goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Skilled in negotiating contracts and agreements while maintaining strong client relationships. Capable of making strategic decisions quickly and effectively, with the ability to work independently.
