Education Business Owner

We are looking for candidates that are tenacious, competitive, creative, and ready for a challenge. What does the position entail? This is a hands-on tutoring business role. In this position you will be responsible for managing the operations and marketing for a home based tutoring business. This is a challenging position, but for those who are ready to take it on and work hard, you will learn a lot of valuable business skills, meet new people across our talented network, with great earning potential The main tasks of the role include: Interview, select, and lead a team of tutors. Manage the operations of a tutoring business in a selected location. Network with schools and other educational organizations. Generate customers through marketing such as signs, school visits, and events. Collect customer payments. Maintain high levels of customer service excellence.
