Your new company Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a real estate firm located in Toronto, ON. We are looking to hire a Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis of months, which has the possibility of extension. This candidate will be working from their Downtown Toronto Office on a full time basis. Your new role Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Update and maintain the database with a high degree of accuracy Picking up Lunches/ Dry Cleaning Attend Meetings and take notes Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 2 years administration experience Knowledgeable of general office duties Experience with a CRM is an asset Strong initiative, organizational, and time management skills Proven customer service and ability to problem-solve Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and professional Superb work ethic and readiness to take ownership and accountability for results Excellent written and oral communications Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel), and CRM software Knowledgeable of office equipment and IT
