Your new company You will be joining a Real Estate Investment and Property Management company based in London, Ontario. They specialize in owning and managing commercial office, retail and industrial properties in the London area. Your new role As the Vice President Property Management & Leasing, you will be responsible for the overall Operations and Leasing of a portfolio of commercial properties. This includes strategic direction, team performance, tenant relations and satisfaction. You will oversee excellence in building maintenance and leasing standards, whilst achieving peak financial performance and improving the overall value of the property portfolio. What you'll need to succeed You have 7 years' of supervisory experience in Commercial Property Management and Leasing. Accreditation from real estate institutes like BOMA, REIC, or ICSC is an asset. You possess a strong understanding of leases, legal issues, and contractual documents, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. You possess exceptional leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities, be proficient with computers, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
