Your new company AutoShack, a leading company in the online and retail automotive parts industry, is on a dynamic growth trajectory. With over 45 years of experience, we are expanding our online presence and increasing our retail footprint across North America. As part of this exciting expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. Your new role The CFO will play a pivotal role in guiding AutoShack through its next phase of growth, overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including managing corporate finance, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a seasoned financial leader with a strong business acumen, a conservative approach to financial management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic personality, excel at leadership and demonstrate hands-on, multitasking capabilities. Strategic Financial Leadership Capital Management & Fundraising Financial Reporting & Compliance Mergers & Acquisitions Operational Finance Leadership & Team Management What you'll need to succeed Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPA or CFA is required. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in senior financial management roles, with a strong background in retail, e-commerce, or related industries. Extensive experience in corporate finance, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions and taking companies public. Proven track record of leading financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience in managing financial operations in a fast-paced, multi-faceted business environment. Exceptional computer skills, particularly in financial modeling, reporting and analysis tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Conservative mindset with a focus on long-term financial stability and risk management. Dynamic and results-oriented personality. The ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to financial integrity.
