Leasing Agent (residential) North Vancouver, BC 2-3 month contract Immediate Start Your new company: Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a real estate investment company with operations across Vancouver, BC. We are looking to hire a Leasing Agent to join their team on a 2-3 month contract basis of months. This is a full-time role, with the requirement to go into the office 5 days per week. This is a full-time contract of 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 – 5:50 with a 1 hour lunch break. Your new role: You will report into the property manager. You will be responsible for: Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the properties. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Process rental applications and conduct background checks. Prepare and execute lease agreements. Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities. Follow up with prospective tenants and provide excellent customer service. Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants. Ensure properties are well-maintained and presentable. Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests. What you’ll need to succeed: Previous property management industry experience with general knowledge of residential leasing. Strong administrative and customer service skills. You will have great communication skills. Quick learner, dealing with inquiries from tenants and visitors. Knowledge of SAP and/or Yardi software is an asset What you’ll get in return: This is a fantastic opportunity as a Leasing Agent to work in a professional environment. It is a contract for 2-3 months. You will be paid a rate of $25.00-$29.00 per hour – dependent on experience. Free parking at the property for convenience.
