Job Description

We are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent with experience in residential single-family homes to join a reputable residential home builder. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for supporting the Superintendent in all aspects of construction management and site supervision. Responsibilities: Assisting the Superintendent in managing the construction process from start to finish Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades on site Ensuring that all work is being carried out according to plans, specifications, and building codes Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Monitoring and controlling project costs and schedules Assisting in the preparation of progress reports and schedules Ensuring that all work is completed within budget and on time Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Requirements: Experience in residential construction, preferred focus on single-family homes Knowledge of construction management practices and procedures Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Familiarity with building codes and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
