Learning & Development Manager

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Learning & Development Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end solution builds and aligning them to the overall enterprise learning strategy. This candidate will partner with L&D COEs and business stakeholders to determine best-in-class learning solutions for the enterprise audience. The successful candidate will deliver business impact through strategically sequenced, continuous learning initiatives that enable and sustain targeted behaviour change at different proficiency levels. Responsibilities: In partnership with enterprise-focused Learning Solutions Architects/Advisors, lead the end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise learning projects and programs which entail design, development, and delivery of internal or outsourced solutions. Create and execute change management plans to increase awareness and adoption of new programs Lead the design and implementation of measurement and evaluation tactics Oversee overall portfolio movement and rationalize how underlying projects/programs align with long-term organizational objectives; manage interdependencies of projects within the same portfolio Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement and strategies leveraging key project management assets, e.g., charter, project schedule, change request to ensure tight governance control and risk management throughout project/program development Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity Desired Skill Set: 5 years of proven experience in Learning and Development 5 years of expertise in Program management 5 years of expertise in stakeholder management Excellent verbal story-telling (presentation) and written communication skills (PowerPoint, Emails Strong presentation skills Nice To Have: 5 years of demonstrated experience in change management PMP Certification Experience working in the Banking domain Adult Learning Certificate Scrum Master certificate BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
