Marketing Strategy Manager – Digital & Brand We’re seeking a candidate with proven experience in digital marketing strategy, budget management, SEO, Google Ads, branding, and social media management. As our Marketing Strategy Manager – Digital & Brand , you will collaborate with talented individuals to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our company's objectives. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative approach will be instrumental in achieving our marketing goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing management or strategy role, with a proven track record in digital marketing within fast-paced environments, ideally in healthcare or technology . Experience with marketplaces and B2C marketing, demonstrating deep knowledge of consumer behavior and marketing strategies. Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies , including the launch of products or services from scratch . Leadership skills to effectively inspire and manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners. Strategic thinker with the ability to craft long-term plans and make data-driven decisions based on campaign analysis. Excellent communicator , with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies, goals, and project expectations to both internal and external teams. Creativity and innovation in developing engaging and standout marketing campaigns. Adaptability to dynamic market conditions, showing problem-solving skills and agility in shifting business priorities. Financial acumen , including experience with budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis. Expertise in digital marketing tactics : paid advertising (search, social, display, video), SEO (technical and on-page), CRO , public relations, and the use of marketing automation and analytics tools . Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush and Zoho tools . Project management experience , ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development : Create and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, recognition, and equity. Ensure brand initiatives resonate with target audiences and align with business objectives. Market Research : Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positioning. Use insights to inform brand positioning and drive marketing campaigns. Product & Service Alignment : Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s products or services, maintaining consistency with the brand’s identity and values. Brand Management & Storytelling : Develop and evolve the brand’s story to resonate with target audiences and reflect company values. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, campaigns, and materials. Content Development : Collaborate with writers and freelancers to create high-quality content (blog posts, videos, graphics) that supports overall marketing goals. Manage the content calendar for consistent brand messaging. Social Media Management : Oversee social media strategy and content creation, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice. Collaborate with agencies to grow social presence and engagement. SEO & Website Optimization : Manage SEO strategy with external vendors to drive organic growth and ensure the website aligns with SEO best practices. Ads Management : Oversee paid media (Google Ads, social media ads), working with agencies to optimize ad spend and performance. Ensure ad copy and targeting align with marketing goals. Customer Experience : Integrate brand strategies into the overall customer experience, ensuring alignment between customer service and brand messaging. Industry Trends & Innovation : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative ideas to identify new growth opportunities. KPI Tracking & Performance : Define and implement KPIs to measure the success of B2C marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Data Analysis & Problem-Solving : Analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and social media to assess campaign effectiveness. Use insights to solve marketing challenges and inform strategic decisions. Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation for partnerships and campaigns. Monitor ad spend and optimize ROI. Agency Coordination : Act as the primary contact for external agencies (SEO, ads, creative) to ensure collaboration and alignment with company objectives. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement marketing roadmaps that support long-term growth, product launches, and customer acquisition goals. Forecasting & Optimization : Regularly update marketing forecasts based on performance, adjusting resources and strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency.
