About Us: CPS Capital has invested in an integrated home service business that is growing across the United States. It has created a leading home service business that builds on well-established regional market brands, currently manages 8 territories, over 55 crews with a team of almost 300. CPS, on behalf of this home service business, is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing & Lead Generation to drive our growth and enhance the market presence across the US. Position Overview: As the Director of Marketing and Lead Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads that convert into customers. You will work closely with the Home Service Executive Team as well as collaborate with each regional branch to optimize our lead generation efforts across multiple channels. Your analytical mindset and creative approach will help us identify new opportunities and achieve our business objectives while optimizing marketing ROI. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals as well turn into qualified leads. Data-Driven Analysis: Proven track record successfully setting up CRM functionality that allows for useful reporting to monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation initiatives, using data and insights to drive decisions and optimize results. Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee the execution of lead generation campaigns across various platforms, including digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and traditional marketing channels. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service to ensure alignment and a seamless lead conversion process. Market Segmentation & ICP Development: Research of market with eye to identify specific Ideal Customers, segment into distinct groups based on demographics, purchasing patterns and habits Partner Development: Foster regional partner relationships with service providers that have natural cross over opportunities Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new lead generation opportunities. Budget Management: Develop and manage the lead generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for efficient ROI. Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance lead tracking and nurturing efforts. Agency Management: Work with agency specialists and ensure their technical is properly applied to Tree Care’s lead generation strategies and ICP in the most cost-effective manner that hits MQL targets. Social Media: Identify opportunities to use social media platforms for lead generation and customer acquisition then manage selected channels Content Management: Facilitate website, newsletter, email, social media and any other content that helps drive qualified leads. Sales enablement: Where applicable, help create tools that help sales with key messages that align with top of funnel and ICPs Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred - 5 years of experience in lead generation and customer acquisition, preferably in the home services industry -Previous experience in product or partner marketing roles considered an asset - Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation strategies - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. -Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools -Excellent reporting skills with the ability to build KPI dashboards and reports for executive review and decisions. -Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and tell a story with data. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can easily work cross-functionally - Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) -Work remotely with the ability to travel to the regional US offices up to 25% of the time -Must be eligible to travel to the US What We Offer: - Competitive salary of $120-$150K CAD performance-based bonus - Comprehensive benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and career growth - A dynamic and supportive work environment
