Child And Youth Worker

This is a in-person job in childcare centres across the GTA in Ontario, Canada. Mainly Toronto/Mississauga. Wellness Facilitator for children and families Do you love wellness? We’re looking for YOU We deliver physical and mental health awareness workshops in K-12 schools, childcare centres, and camps across Ontario. We are looking to fill a Part Time position in Childcare Centres. Think Zumba meets Mental Health Skills. Our programs integrate movement (dance, yoga, martial arts) with coping skills, social-emotional learning, and mental health skills. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED - We prefer non-dancers :) as it's basic movements that anyone can do. Skills in the following areas an asset but not required: Public speaking Teaching skills Self-development and mental health skills Dance, yoga, martial arts Experience with children ages 18 months to 12 years. DETAILS: Part-Time (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday AM's required, with occasional Tuesdays) Focus on growth, learning and development Salary: $17-$25 based on past experience AND performance. Vulnerable Sector Check required upon hiring (must apply immediately to work with us) Individuals with driver's licenses will be prioritized.
