The customer engagement team: the heart of the company As part of the Customer Engagement Team, you will be working closely with all the other customer engagement sales & service brokers. Each customer inquiry is looked at as a chance to improve the experience for all our customers. Our goal is to answer all questions before our customers even knew they had them, to help instill complete confidence in our self-serve, digital insurance platform. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Team Lead, you will primarily provide support to our personal insurance team, while providing back-up with billing, issuance, and administrative functions. Key Accountabilities: KA1 Process leads from our Affinity partnerships. KA2 Open mail, sort and distribute to appropriate team members. KA3 Process and prepare outgoing daily mail. KA4 Set up prospects and distribute aggregator leads to the sales team. KA5 Retrieve documents from various insurer portals. KA6 Upload policy documents to self-service portal and BMS. KA7 Daily renewal review and set up for brokers. KA8 Actively participate in training initiatives. KA9 Responds to team requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. KA10 Knowledgeable and proficient on various insurer company portals. KA11 Ensure adherence to internal and external underwriting rules, regulations and procedures. KA12 Processes cancellation in the company portals and BMS KA13 Registers clients for Trumobile login & sign up Qualifications and competencies: Post-secondary education and / or equivalent on the job experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of integrity and excellent work ethic Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands Results oriented with a strong customer service focus Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment Proficiency with computer applications and an efficient digital enabler Ability to work individually as well as part of a team with minimal supervision WORKING AT ONLIA x aha insurance Our aim is to create a workforce that is diverse, promotes positivity, and demonstrates the values of equality, fairness, and respect in everything we do.
