Business Analyst (POS Systems) Client : Retail Hybrid : 3 days on-site Vancouver, BC (mandatory) Contract : 6 months extensions Rate : $55-70hr Required Skills & Experience Has around 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst focused on Software Development projects Has an understanding of back-end API connections and integrations, data mapping, writing logics and UAT Has experience working across multiple teams and supporting multiple Scrum teams Has the ability to drive the work, adhere to the timelines, keeps the documentation updated and makes sure everyone is aligned Has experience using Jira and Confluence This person must have an understanding of technical jargon and understand technical process Nice to Have Skills & Experience Comes from a retail background Previous experience working with global teams Has a technical background focused on POS systems or transactions Job Description Insight Global is looking for a POS Business Analyst to join one of Canada's largest retail and wellness companies. This person will be responsible for working with back-end retail system teams to drive new products and features within the lululemon.com web application. This person will be responsible for working with business partners, status and schedule reporting, budget tracking, hour approvals and working with high level stake holders to help drive the products. This person will be joining the POS team to contribute new feature enhancements, bug fixes and a future Oracle Xstore POS upgrade from version 21 to version 25 as well as new market entries. Compensation: $55/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching.
