Job Description

We are continually looking to provide career development opportunities and build outstanding talent. This Franchise Development Program’s goal is to develop participants’ knowledge & abilities on topics such as: People, Leadership, Financials, Analytics, Customer Experience and Operations. The learning journey will be taught over 12 months, and will be delivered through classroom modules, on the job training, practicums, projects and stretch assignments. The program was designed to support participants with the skills, resources and confidence they’ll need to successfully transition into a Franchisee role. As the future franchisee you will receive superior support by a network of innovative and responsive District Managers and Customer Experience Specialists who will assist you to grow your business. This program will prepare you for a future Franchisee opportunity in which you would oversee all the operational functions of your business which includes but is not limited to setting targets, achieving goals, managing costs, recruiting, inspiring, coaching, training, and above all providing superior customer satisfaction. What You'll Need: Passion for food • An understanding of our core offerings, fresh products, assortment, and local sourcing. • The ability to understand key seasonal trends and insights to drive profitability sales • Keep up to date on food trends, seasonal transitions with a focus on the diversity of cultures within the communities that we trade. Business acumen • Retail/hospitality experience in the food industry • Show and demonstrate capabilities and understanding of financial planning and budgeting • Driven to improve on processes and driven to find efficiencies • Entrepreneur minded with sales, profit and bottom-line focus • Results driven in a fact paced energetic environment • Be curious, open minded with a passion of continuous learning.
