Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager at The Giant Truck Wash in Tilbury, ON. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing a team of washers, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication with clients, optimizing customer service processes and driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional service quality. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Operations Management Customer Satisfaction and Communication Customer Service skills Experience in sales operations and management Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Key Responsibilities -Manager daily operations of the truck wash facility, ensuring efficiency and high standards of cleanliness. -Supervise and lead a team of washers providing training, support and performance feedback. -Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. -Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exception customer service -Monitor and analyze sales performance preparing regular reports for the management. -Collaborate with staff to ensure operational goals are met. -Cold calling and developing business.
