Superintendent

Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee project sites, typically within the ICI sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction teams and subcontractors on-site Ensure safety regulations are followed and enforce site safety protocols Inspect sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards Review blueprints to ensure projects meet design and safety standards Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and project progress Suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail and commercial construction supervision Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Certifications in CPR, First Aid, Working at Heights are a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall, and framing; familiarity with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing is an asset Flexibility to work nights or travel as needed Salary up to $100,000 with great benefits to offer.
