RESPONSIBILITIES: Among the responsibilities of the role are: • Milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities • Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level • Proactive risk management and mitigation • Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership team • Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency • Providing regular capacity plan updates • Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment Must Haves: • 5 years Production, Development Manager, Project Management or Coordination experience • Managed one or more game cross functional teams through all game development phases (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling) • Has shipped a minimum of 2 game products, ideally console products. • Experience shipping AAA quality games on console. • Production experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.). • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills. • Has experience managing development projects from concept all the way through to release. • Has experience managing multiple cross functional teams.
