Project Manager – Building and Construction

Due to successful growth and expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their building management team. Our client is looking for someone who has experience within the sector, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects within construction.

A PRINCE2 / PMQ qualification is essential, and in return for your expertise, our client is offering a generous benefits package which includes retail discounts and savings, workplace saving accounts, car salary sacrifice, gym scheme, financial planning and more, alongside a salary of up to c£50,000.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage projects for construction and refurbishments of buildings
• Identify and manage risks during projects, and implement processes
• Act as the first point of contact for capital projects
• Complete bids and tenders and work closely with procurement teams
• Oversee the process for external support, management of contractors and suppliers

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar PM position essential, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• PRINCE2, PMQ, and Agile related qualifications all beneficial
• Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills with experience managing stakeholder expectations and relations
• Previous experience working within construction/building works

Vacancy Summary

Salary: c£45,000-£50,000 per annum D.O.E
