Head of Property

I am currently recruiting a Head of Corporate Property for my local authority client based in Lancashire on a hybrid basis with office expectation at 2/3 days per week.

This is initally a temporary post with the opportunity to go permanent at the end of the contract. I have outlined the key duties below:

• Efficiently manage the property portfolio including rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, inspections, dilapidation surveys and valuations.

• Ensure Asset valuations conducted and the Property Asset Register is certified by a RICS valuer.

• Develop and implement an integrated asset management planning framework and asset management plan. Utilise innovative approaches to optimise property resource allocation and support corporate goals.

• Lead complex estate management initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced property professional with a strong commercial background in asset management, having a proven track record of successfully managing complex property portfolios and delivering cost savings.

Day rate - Negtioable - INSIDE IR35
