An opportunity has arisen to join Maven’s marketing team. We are looking for a talented individual to join us in the role of Marketing Executive to work across our diverse range of products, funds and clients.

The ideal candidate:

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a marketing position, ideally with exposure in the financial services industry.
  • Digital marketing experience or a solid understanding of key channels with the desire to enhance their skills in that space.
  • Experience of using the inbound marketing and CRM platform HubSpot.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to multitask and innovate.
  • Able to work cross functionally on multiple projects / campaigns / products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work confidently and efficiently both independently and as part of a team, both remotely and in person.
  • Able to think strategically, look at ways to continually improve and have the passion and commitment to deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build business relationships throughout Maven and influence.
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, email, PR, social media and inbound marketing.
  • Strong creative skills, with knowledge of using Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign and Premiere Pro.
  • Good investment knowledge and private markets experience is desirable with investment writing or content background knowledge gained in institutional asset management

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, execute and manage campaigns for Maven, including ability to track, measure and feedback on performance using HubSpot, GA4 and Social tools.
  • Manage multiple channels including PR (working with our external PR agency), email, social, SEO, paid, events, CMS and CRM.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • The planning and delivery of marketing projects to help raise awareness of Maven’s diverse suit of products and improve lead generation.
  • Planning and delivering effective and engaging digital content including videos. blogs, emails, case studies and whitepapers etc.
  • Manage social media profiles for the business. Develop and implement social strategy across company social channels.
  • Ensure that all marketing campaigns are delivered in a manner compliant with FCA, Data Protection, GDPR and other relevant regulations.
  • Regularly monitor competitors marketing activity and use this insight to advise our marketing strategy.
  • Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in the delivery of strategic initiatives, extending to new product launches and technological developments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on marketing initiatives
