Job Description
Description Location: Sheffield / Hybrid Working (Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)
THE ROLE
In this position you will manage the portfolio administration process for the Future Fund portfolio of equity investments. This will involve supporting the delivery of the portfolio administration process and providing operational support to the Product team in line with policies, external statutory guidance and industry best practice, working closely with key stakeholders including investment and central team.
Key aspects of the role will include leading workstreams as part of the project to insource operational processes, manging the portfolio data through the Salesforce system and engaging with Portfolio Companies to manage the quarterly MI ingestion and validation process of performance information.
With excellent data analysis, interpretation and judgement skills, you will also have experience of reporting to a variety of stakeholders, and of interpreting and applying accounting, regulatory or other technical requirements. Experience of designing systems and processes, and writing policy, process & control documentation is also required.
