Hours: Part Time -1 day a week(flexible day: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)08:30 to 17:00

Salary: £22,380.93 per annum/ PRO RATA

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Administrator to provide a professional and efficient administrative service to our Team one day a week on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday on a fix term contract for 6 or 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication.
• Maintain and organize office records such as files and documents
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Contribute fully as a team member

The candidate:

• No prior experience necessary, full training will be given
• Happy to work independently, as well as in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• IT literate
