Regional Sales Manager - Independent Contractor

POSITION OVERVIEW:Generates new business through Club/Team, Physio, Distributors, Retail (Sporting Goods & Pharmacy) market channelsandtrade shows as well as maintaining current accounts.

POSITIONFUNCTIONS*
80%Sales

• Conduct weekly, customer face-to-face sales presentations and follow-up on past orders.
• Close sales in the western EU & UK territory, especially focused on high priced devices.
• Visit Club/Team Sports, Physios, Retail (Pharmacy & Sporting Goods), and Distributor market channels.
• Introduce new products tocustomers.
• Initiate new or fill inorders.
• Create and maintain a sales calling plan with a 90-day rolling calendar.
• Generateleads,makesalespresentationsandproductdemonstrations,quote,close sales, and process customer orders.
• Advise independent sales representatives in eachterritory.
• Conduct product training sessions with team/retail account salesforce and sales associates.
• Attend tradeshows and clinics (physios, buying groups, retail,etc.).
• Assist with Mueller Sports Medicine (MSM) display set-up and/orresetting.

20%Administrative

• Active participation in Teams and on-site meetings.
• Complete appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate with sales associates and sales leadership on a weekly basis.
• Provide a quarterly (90 day) sales plan itinerary.
• Prepare and organize for daily presentations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelorsdegreeinsales,marketing,businessorotherrelatedfieldoranequivalentcombinationof education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job.
• Three or more years of sales experience.
• Ability to understand and comply with Mueller Safety Systems and current regulatory requirements.
