Job Description: Finance Data Assistant (Temporary Role)
Location: Dorking
Duration: 3 weeks
Type: Temporary
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary Finance Data Assistant to join our team in Dorking for a temporary assignment lasting three weeks initially. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills who can hit the ground running in this role. My client is moving from one system to another so you would be adding in all of the finance information onto the system. You must be immediately available for this. The role is hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the finance team with data entry and verification tasks
Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and accounting software
Help prepare financial reports and summaries
Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Requirements:
Previous experience in a finance or data-related role is desirable
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
