Your Role: Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead

As an Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in boosting our engineering and operational efficiency through cutting-edge projects.

You will:

Lead CAPEX and reliability-focused projects to improve machine performance and reduce downtime
Deliver continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies
Analyze maintenance data and develop KPIs to enhance equipment reliability
Provide technical engineering support for troubleshooting and optimizing processes
Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from design to installation and commissioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Spearhead the maintenance reliability plan and ensure compliance with engineering standards
What We’re Looking For: Engineering Projects & Reliability Lead

Engineering degree or equivalent (HNC/NVQ Level 3)
Experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments
Proficiency in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies
Proven track record in managing engineering projects and reliability improvement initiatives
Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights for performance improvement.
Knowledge of engineering standards, project management tools, and process optimization
Bonus Skills:

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
Project management certification (PRINCE2 or similar)
