This is a first for the Early Years Sector.

You will join us as an Area Manager on a full time basis (37.5 hours a week). Your working hours will vary to suit the needs of the business, with core hours of work usually falling between 07:00am-18:30pm Monday-Friday. We are offering an annual salary of£50,000-£54,000.

This is a field-based role and you will be required to regularly visitall nurseries within your allocated cluster as well as our head office in Newport Pagnell. This role will focus on supporting our nurseries that are located within the M40, M4 and M3 corridor.On occasion, you may also be required to visit our other nurseries to support operational needs. A company car will form part of the benefits package.

We are seeking a very special person to join us in this leadership role. Someone who:

Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has extensive experience of working in a leadership capacity within the early years sector. Your current role may be:
Manager of a 100+ place nursery.
Field Manager, covering management responsibilities in nurseries of 100+ places.
Area Manager, supporting nurseries across multi-sites.
Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory framework and can draw upon this knowledge to effectively coach, mentor and motivate nursery managers to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and their nursery teams that are in-keeping with legislation and our corporate plan.
Can deliver against defined KPIs and will empower nursery managers to successfully meet targets relating to occupancy, revenue, staff attendance, performance and retention. Where required, will engage in investigations and problem-solving exercises, develop initiatives to overcome challenges, and lead or support the implementation of varied projects, in partnership with the Regional Director and relevant support-functions.
Champions partnership working and will build positive relationships with external bodies, internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of excellence in every respect, promoting our company values and brand.
