The position of Class 1 Casual Driver involves:

• Variety of work available to include - days, nights and tramping.
• Loading/unloading of vehicle.
• Type of driving work includes: Fridge and Curtain Side.
• Ensuring that the deliveries and collections are made on time and in accordance with our client's requirements.
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations.
• Due to the nature of the locations of our customers there will be a high degree of rural driving.
• Keeping vehicle in excellent condition with modern fleet.
• Attending regular training sessions.

Personal Attributes for Class 1 Casual Driver:

• Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.
• Working to deadlines.
• Confident, polite and a team player.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
