Job Description
A Cambridge based electronics organisation that provide sensor solutions for use in high volume applications across a variety of sectors, the role of Finance Manager is initially required on a temporary basis while the role is recruited permanently.
This position will report into the Finance Director who is based in Italy, this is a standalone finance position but works closely with a team of 35 staff based in the Cambridge office.
The main duties of this role are as follows -
- Process purchase orders, invoices and expense claims
- Bank reconciliations
- Authorise bank payments
- Monitor cash balances and the cash flow forecasting
- Contribute towards the annual planning, budgeting & forecasting
- Working with the outsourced payroll provider and supplying them with accurate payroll information
- Working closely with the outsourced Accountant
You must be comfortable dealing with a range of finance tasks as detailed above which can be anything from the daily invoicing to supporting the Finance Director with the financial planning and budgeting. You must have proven experience in all of the above duties and be available to start a new role in the coming weeks.
This role will offer hybrid working, you will be required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
